Estate planning, in conversation

Your estate plan.
A conversation away.

Create and manage your Will or Trust with Trust & Will through your AI agent. Answer questions, review your choices and pick up where you left off.

You make the decisions. Your agent guides the conversation and uses your authorized Trust & Will connection to work with your plan.

Getting started

Connect your account

Choose your agent for setup instructions, or use the general guide for another MCP-compatible client.

Connect with your agent

Use your agent’s native connector settings or connection action. If Trust & Will is listed, choose it. For clients that support custom remote MCP servers, use the production endpoint in Connection details and the client’s browser-based OAuth sign-in.

Connect to Trust & Will at https://estate.mcp.trustandwill.com/mcp using your native connector. Show me the original sign-in action for my browser. Once connected, check my saved plan status and guide me through creating an estate plan.

Remote MCP and OAuth support vary by client. A prompt alone cannot add connector support to an agent that does not offer it.

Connect with Muse

Use the Trust & Will catalog connector if it is available to your account, then open Muse’s original Connect action. If the connector is not available, contact support rather than creating renamed copies.

Help me create an estate plan with Trust & Will. Use the matching catalog connector if available and show me its original Connect action for my browser. If it is unavailable or setup fails, explain the error and stop. After sign-in, check my saved plan status before continuing.
If Muse reports “conflicts with a verified connector,” custom setup is blocked for that hostname. Use the matching catalog connector if Muse exposes it; otherwise contact support. Renaming the connector, switching to API keys or rebuilding a sign-in URL will not resolve that restriction.

Connect with Grokbot

Check the endpoint on any saved Trust & Will connector before reusing it. A saved test or tunnel connection can point somewhere different from the production endpoint below. Keep staging and production connections separate.

Use the native authorization action and continue in the browser it opens. Return to Grokbot after approving access.

Connect to Trust & Will at https://estate.mcp.trustandwill.com/mcp. Check that any saved connector uses this exact endpoint. Show me the native authorization action for my browser, then check my saved plan status and help me create an estate plan.

Connect with Dot

Dot-specific setup has not yet been validated. If your version offers a remote MCP connector with OAuth, use the production endpoint below and its native browser sign-in action. If those options are unavailable, use a compatible client or contact support.

If you support remote MCP with OAuth, connect to Trust & Will at https://estate.mcp.trustandwill.com/mcp using your native connection action. Show me the sign-in action for my browser. If this connection method is unavailable, tell me rather than inventing a setup link. Once connected, check my saved plan status.

Connect with Cursor

Use Cursor’s supported remote MCP configuration with the production endpoint below, then complete its native OAuth sign-in in your browser. Follow the setup instructions for your installed version; do not put passwords or tokens in configuration files.

Use my configured Trust & Will MCP connection. If authorization is needed, show me the native sign-in action for my browser. Check my saved plan status, then guide me through creating an estate plan.
  1. Sign in through your browser

Open your agent’s original connection action in your local browser. Create a Trust & Will account or sign in to the account you want to use. If a window does not open, click the original action yourself; do not ask the agent to rebuild its URL.

  2. Review and authorize access

Review the requested access, then approve the connection if you want to continue.

  3. Return and check your connection

Ask your agent to check your saved plan status before starting or resuming. A connection link alone does not mean sign-in is complete.

Enter your password only on the sign-in page. Do not paste passwords, authorization codes, tokens or callback URLs into chat. Customer setup does not require an API key or client secret.

Things to ask

Use your own words, or copy one of these examples.

Checkout and your documents

  1. Purchase on the Trust & Will website

When your conversation reaches checkout, open the provided link in the same local browser and browser profile you used to connect. Check that the website shows the account you intend to use before paying.

  2. Come back to your agent

After completing checkout, say: “I’ve completed checkout. Please continue my estate plan.” Follow the remaining questions and reviews.

  3. Create, download and sign

Ask your agent to help you create and download your documents when your plan is ready. Follow the applicable signing and execution instructions outside the conversation.

Completing a conversation or downloading documents does not complete the required signing and execution steps.

Your choices and account access

You do not need an existing account to begin connecting. Create one or sign in during setup so your plan and progress are associated with your Trust & Will account.

The connector may retrieve information from or initiate an update to an existing plan only after the user explicitly authorizes access and completes secure authentication. Suggested changes are not saved until the user confirms them. Available to customers in all 50 states.

Review proposed changes carefully and tell your agent if anything is incorrect. Payment takes place on the Trust & Will website.

Help with your connection

My agent asks me for a client ID or API key.

Use a matching catalog connector or your client’s supported native OAuth flow. If the client requires developer credentials rather than offering customer sign-in, contact support. For Muse’s verified-host conflict, follow the Muse instructions above; do not force custom registration.

I see a localhost callback error or a request to paste a code.

Do not paste the callback URL or authorization code into chat. Ask your agent to restart authentication through its native connector so the connector receives the callback itself.

Checkout shows the wrong account.

Pause before purchasing. Verify the account in your browser and the account connected in your agent. Use the same browser profile as your connection flow and sign in to the intended account. If they still differ, contact support before proceeding.

My agent says my connection expired.

Use your agent’s reconnect action and complete sign-in in your browser. Then ask your agent to check your saved progress before continuing, particularly if a change was interrupted.

I paid, but my agent still shows checkout.

Return to your agent and tell it you completed checkout so it can check purchase status. If the issue persists, contact support with your confirmation. Do not repeat the purchase simply to refresh the conversation.

What should I include when asking for help?

Include what you were trying to do, the time and time zone, and the visible error text. Omit passwords, tokens, full callback URLs, payment details and personal estate information.

Connection details

For people configuring a compatible MCP client. For customer setup, start with the instructions above.

https://estate.mcp.trustandwill.com/mcp

This is the production endpoint. This documentation URL, /docs/mcp, explains setup; it is not the server address to enter in a connector.

The MCP endpoint connects your agent to Trust & Will. It is not a webpage to visit for estate planning or a Partner API documentation URL.

Testing in staging

Use the staging endpoint supplied by your team in a separate connection. Staging sign-in may require access to the company network. A cloud agent’s browser does not inherit your laptop’s VPN access; open the original sign-in action in a local browser with the required access.

For connector implementers

Use the server’s protected-resource discovery and the issuer’s OAuth authorization-server metadata. An OpenID Connect discovery document alone may omit the registration endpoint. Use native OAuth with the advertised client-registration support, and let the connector handle the callback and credentials. Do not ask customers to transfer authorization codes through chat.
